3. How we use information

4. AI processing

When you use the AI analyst, the content of your request (and relevant data from the Service) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. Your conversation history is also stored in our own database. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or sensitive personal information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

5. Third parties we share with

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies & local storage

The Service uses a single strictly necessary session cookie (cf.sid) to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your selected theme. See the Cookie Policy for full detail.

7. Data retention

We retain account data, usage metrics, and conversation history for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — though, as noted, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact info@FollowTheMoneyFlorida.org. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including password hashing and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
